Chapter 30: While I was still in Metulla, two “Words of Knowledge” (Prophecies) that I recorded in Emails while still in America came to Pass after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told his stunned nation: “Citizens of Israel, we are at War.” I sent both of these Prophecies in Separate emails to myself before I left America: One on August 17, 2023 and the other on November 16, 2022, long before leaving for the Galilee in September 2023.
Rhema Word and a “Word of Knowledge”: Quiet often when the Holy Spirit prompts me I will send myself an email to record a “Word of Knowledge” (1 Corinthians 12:8) or “Rhema Word” that the Holy Spirit is quickening (Psalm 119:159) me to at that particular moment in time so I can remember the details and not just the gist of the Word of Knowledge.
A “Word of Knowledge” or Rhema Word is when the Lord quickens us in our spirit to a particular Scripture or event that we know in some way applies to our present-day situation. Those of us who understand the importance and significance of a Rhema Word or “Word of Knowledge” know how important it is that we apply the truths of that particular Scripture or “Word of Knowledge” to our present circumstances. God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. In other words, we know that the Lord speaks to us through His Word and His Holy Spirit concerning our present-day circumstances just as God spoke to the present-day circumstances of those generations before us.
A “Word of Knowledge” allows the Believer to have insight concerning a certain situation or a spiritual principle that could not have been known based on our own knowledge. This insight allows someone to see a situation as God sees it – not as the world sees it from a human point of view. A “Word of Knowledge” is from God’s point of view – not man’s – because Satan will work through a man’s point of view just as he did with Peter.
Matthew 16:23 23 Jesus turned to Peter and said, “Get away from me, Satan! You are a dangerous trap to me. You are seeing things merely from a human point of view, not from God’s.” NLT
An Overview of Chapter 30: The above mentioned emails are included in this chapter and follow this Overview of Chapter 30. A summary of these prophesies and when they came to pass is shown below.
1. The First “Word of Knowledge” (Prophecy) came to Pass on October 7, 2023: On October 7, 2023, the tenth day after I arrived in Metulla, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that Israel was at War after Hamas, an Iranian-backed terrorist organization, launched a full-scale attack on southern Israel. Hamas crossed over the border that Israel shares with Gaza and massacred those living in the near-by Israeli kibbutz, Kfar Aza, just before dawn on the last day of Sukkot (The Feast of Tabernacles – one of the Biblical Feasts of the Lord).
Later that same morning, Hezbollah, another Iranian-backed Terrorist Organization and a key ally of Hamas, attempted to cross over the border Lebanon shares with Israel in the north. Around 9:58 am, shortly after Hamas attacked Israel in the south, a large convoy of Hezbollah Terrorists on motorcycles tried to infiltrate Metulla; however, they were thwarted by the Israeli Defense Forces seen throughout Metulla guarding Israel’s northern border.
That same evening, Hezbollah began to send rockets and anti-tank missiles over the border they share with Israel in the north that continued throughout the night and into the following morning as we were being evacuated from Metulla to the “Sea of Galilee.”
Not only did Hezbollah cross the border into Israel with their rockets and anti-tank missiles, but there was also an attempted incursion by a large group of Hezbollah terrorists on motorcycles into Metulla that was “neutralized” by IDF soldiers. And, this was the “Word of Knowledge” that I sent to myself in an email dated August 17, 2023.
2. The “Greater Fulfillment” of the Second Prophecy came to Pass when I was Evacuated from Metulla to the “Safe Harbor” of the “Selina Kinneret” on the shores of the “Sea of Galilee”: The second prophecy that I emailed to myself was of a 3½ by 4½ foot picture of a “Boat on the Sea” that the Lord quickened me to purchase and hang in my home in the fall of 2022. To discern the meaning of the picture, the Lord quickened me to Psalm 107 and that He was going to take me to a safe harbor, which I discerned to be the “Sea of Galilee.”
And, it was at the “Selina Kinneret” hotel, literally built on the shores of the “Sea of Galilee,” where I spent ten days of the 2023 Israel-Hamas war until we could secure a flight out of Israel back to America!
The manager of the “Mantur Metulla by Selina Hotel” where we were staying in Metulla let us know around 10:30 pm on the first day of the war that we were being evacuated the next day away from the border where we would be safer. In addition to the “Mantur Metulla,” Selina also operates the “Selina Kinneret,” which is literally located on the shore of the “Sea of Galilee,” approximately an hour south from Metulla. Considering the prophecy in my email of November 16, 2022, it’s not just happenstance that Kinneret is the Hebrew word for the Sea of Galilee. The dining room where breakfast was served was literally on the beach which was approximately a two-minute walk from my room.
And, it was here at the “Selina Kinneret,” my safe harbor by the “Sea of Galilee,” that the Lord sent me to that I found the peace of the Lord, even though a war was waging around me.
I am amazed and very thankful at the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord!
Many of the Biblical Prophecies, like Acts 2:16-18, have a “Double Reference” and a “Dual Fulfillment”: In other words, many of the Prophecies in Scripture have only partially come to pass.
Acts 2:16-18 16 No, what you see was predicted long ago by the prophet Joel: 17 ‘In the last days,’ God says, ‘I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams. 18 In those days I will pour out my Spirit even on my servants—men and women alike— and they will prophesy. NLT
And, so it was with the Prophecy of the Picture that hangs in my house!
The fulfillment of the prophecy concerning the Sailboat on a Calm Sea was not fully realized until October 2023 after Israel went to war with Hamas, and the Manager of the hotel we were staying at in Metulla evacuated us to the Selina Kinneret Hotel that is literally located on the Sea of Galilee within a two-minute walk from my hotel room.
The Prophecy had a “Dual Meaning” and began to come to pass in 2022; however, the “Greater Fulfillment” of the Prophecy only came to pass in 2023: My prophecy concerning the picture of a sailboat on a calm sea had both a short-term and long-term fulfillment. The manifestation of the picture in 2022 was only a partial fulfillment of the prophecy in my email. The long-term fulfillment came to pass in October 2023 after Israel went to war with Hamas and the Manager of the hotel we were staying at in Metulla evacuated us to the Selina Hotel located on the Sea of Galilee that is literally within a two-minute walk from my hotel room.
In 2022 when I was in Metulla, the prophecy was only a partial fulfillment – it was an incomplete fulfillment of the prophecy in my November 16, 2022 email – the Greater Fulfillment was when I went to the Galilee in 2023.
The following emails that I sent to myself confirm that I sent these emails “Before” anyone, including the International Community, knew that Israel and Lebanon, the stronghold of Hezbollah, would sign the “Historic Maritime Agreement” on October 11, 2022 or that Israel and Hamas would go to war on October 7, 2023 while I was in Metulla, Israel, or that a convoy of Hezbollah Terrorist would try and invade Metulla while I was there, which is what is indicated in my email of August 17, 2023.

In the following emails I have added “text boxes” to make the connection between my emails and the events that unfolded after arriving in Metulla. A copy of the these two emails follow.
I will begin with the email that I sent to myself on August 17, 2023 that confirms it was God’s Will that I was in Metulla, Israel on October 7, 2023 when war broke out between Israel and Hamas. However, even though Hezbollah tried to breach Israel’s north from Lebanon near Metulla – it was not God’s Will that Hezbollah, an ally of Hamas, would cross over into Metulla while I was there in Metulla.
As a note, there are only about 1,500 residents in the Village of Metulla and the village covers approximately 494 acres. Metulla is a small village and had the convoy of Hezbollah on motorcycles breached the border at Metulla they could have easily overpowered the entire village. It’s understandable why the guests and residents of Metulla began to leave Metulla on the day Hamas attacked Israel in the south.
The Email of August 17, 2023 Confirms it was God’s Will that I was in Metulla Israel on October 7, 2023 when war broke out between Israel and Hamas.

In this email I ask the question if Hezbollah’s terrorists would attack or be “bold enough” to attempt to cross the border into Metulla while I was still in Metulla. The question was meant to make a point and given that we know in part and we prophesy in part, the answer to my question could only be answered after I arrived in Metulla. And, on October 7, in support of Hamas, when Hezbollah attempted to breach Metulla’s border and began to attack the Galilee with rockets while I was still in Metulla – it became clear that the answer to my question was, “YES!” Even though I wondered as to the exact day when Hezbollah might attack the Galilee and be bold enough to attempt to cross over the border into Metulla while I was there – I knew I would have to wait until I arrived in Metulla. All I needed to know was that God gave me the understanding that “I was to go to Metulla” and in obedience to God, I went to Metulla and did not leave until October 8, 2023 when we were told we had to leave Metulla. Then and only then, with the sound of Hezbollah’s rockets over head, I left Metulla and went down to the Sea of Galilee. |

Spiritual Warfare in the Galilee: Going back to the Subject of this email – this video confirms Hezbollah did try and breach Metulla’s borders while I was still in the Galilee – but were thwarted by the IDF. Spiritually, it was because they were pushed back in the Name of Jesus! |

Prophetic Travel: There are many Biblical examples of God instructing His servants to travel somewhere for a Kingdom Purpose. Acts 10 is an account of God commanding the Apostle Peter to go to the house of Cornelius, a Roman centurion, where God would reveal the meaning of a vision He gave Peter. And, so it is with us. At times, we too need to just go where God directs us to go to “fully” understand the vision, dream or word of knowledge He gave us. I explain in my email that I went to Israel’s Galilee and Metulla at the direction of God and for His Kingdom purposes. |

In response to the question I asked myself in my email of August 17, 2023 (to make a point rather than to elicit an answer) if Hezbollah would attack or be bold enough to try and cross over the border while I was in the Galilee, the answer was YES – Hezbollah was that bold, but to no avail!
On October 8, 2023 one day after Hamas attacked Israel in the south while I was still in Metulla, Hezbollah started to bombard the Galilee with Rockets. And, eleven months later as I am writing this chapter those attacks on the Galilee are ongoing.

Spiritual Paths: We know from Psalm 78:49-50 that God is the one who determines the paths where His enemies can travel and where they cannot travel. Hezbollah was not able to breach Metulla’s borders while I was there because God determined that Hezbollah could not travel on the path that would allow them to infiltrate Metulla while I was there. Again, one of the reasons the Lord sent me to Metulla was to push the principalities operating through Hezbollah back from boots on the ground while I was in Metulla. And, it was in the Lord’s Name, His power and His authority that I pushed them back. Ephesians 6
Psalm 78:49-50 49 He let loose on them His burning anger, wrath, indignation, and distress, a company of destroying angels. 50 He made a path for His anger; he did not spare them from death, but gave their lives over to the plague. ESV
The Lord Leveled and made a Straight Path for His Anger
Psalm 78 49 He let loose upon them the fierceness of His anger, His wrath and indignation and distress, by sending [a mission of] angels of calamity and woe among them. [50] He leveled and made a straight path for His anger [to give it free course]; He did not spare [the Egyptian families] from death but gave their beasts over to the pestilence and the life [of their eldest] over to the plague. Amplified Bible
“He made a way” is also translated “He leveled and made a straight path for His anger.” In other words, when principalities are dislodged from the heavens and bring their wrath – these “evil angels” cannot attack at random – they can only travel and attack on the “straight paths” that the Lord allows them to travel on. Ephesians 6 and Revelation 12
And, without a doubt, principalities from within the dominion of the prince and kings of Persia, modern-day Iran, (Daniel 10) were dislodged and lost their place in the heavens on October 5, 2023, two days before Hamas, the Iranian-backed Terrorist Organization, attacked the south of Israel on the border. And, we know from Revelation 12 that when Satan’s evil angels lose their place in the heavens – the heavens rejoice, but woe to the earth because they bring their wrath because they know their time is short. And, all too often their wrath will manifest through a war.

In the below email, the First Prophecy (Words of Knowledge) came to pass while I was still in Metulla
On October 7, 2023 while I was in Metulla, Hamas attacked in the south of Israel – and throughout the night and as we were being evacuated to the “Sea of Galilee” on October 8, 2023, we could hear the sound of Hezbollah’s rockets crossing over the border about 30 minutes away.
As we were leaving Metulla we were told that Hezbollah was making their away to Metulla. Since then, Hezbollah has fired anti-tank rockets over into Metulla and has tried to cross the border into Metulla.
Obviously, Hezbollah’s threats were not just rhetoric. |

Come Lord Jesus Come: When all of Christ’s Enemies are under His foot then He will turn the Kingdom over to God and establish His Kingdom – 1 Corinthians 15:24-25. Revelation 12 tells us that when the Principalities lose their place in the heavenlies (when they lose their place in the heavens they are now under the foot of Christ) “Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.” Revelation 12:12 And, war is one of the manifestations of their wrath! |

This picture of a boat anchored near the shore will forever remind me of my Safe Harbor at the Selina Kinneret Hotel that is literally located on the Sea of Galilee. It was here by the Sea of Galilee, whose shoreline was approximately a two-minute walk from my room that I spent ten of the eleven days I was in Israel while the war was ongoing.
Jesus was in the boat when He said to the sea, “Peace, be still”: I have no doubt that it was Jesus Christ who prompted the manager of the Selina Kinneret Hotel located on the Sea of Galilee to call the manager of the hotel where I was staying in Metulla and tell the manager to send us to his hotel located on the Sea of Galilee where we would be away from the border and safe until we were able to get back to America.
Jesus said to the sea, “Peace be still” – and now Mark 4:35-41 has become a “Living Word” in my life. Even though Israel was at war I could feel the “Peace of Jesus Christ” – a peace that the world cannot understand!
And, I am amazed by the Peace that I felt the entire time I was at the “Selina Kinneret,” it was the peace that the Lord gives that the world cannot give or understand.
John 14:27 27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. KJV
Jesus was in the boat when He said to the sea, “Peace, be still”
Mark 4:35-41 35 And the same day, when the even was come, He saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side. 36 And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as He was in the ship. And there were also with Him other little ships. 37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full. 38 And He was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake Him, and say unto Him, Master, carest thou not that we perish? 39 And He arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. 40 And He said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith? 41 And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him? Both Mark 4:35-41 and John 14:27 have become “Living Words” in my walk with Jesus who said to the sea “Peace, Be Still”
Hebrews 4:12-13 12 For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. 13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before His eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable. NLT
